Highway/Roadway Rehabilitation and New Construction

We have provided design services from preliminary through final design for transportation infrastructure projects. We have also provided engineering cost-estimating services at various milestones for our clients. Our construction administration and observation services reduce technical, scheduling, and financial risk to clients and contribute to the overall success of the project. Our inspectors are dedicated to providing experienced and professional oversight while our Project Administrators provide support services necessary for efficient operation and successful completion of the of Projects

We have extensive experience coordinating with the regulations, processes, and personnel of various agencies, including MDTA, SHA, MAA, Baltimore City Dept. of Public Works and Dept of Transportation, Baltimore County, DC Water and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commisision[WSSC].

Rail Services

We provide a review process to verify and validate all inspections and ensure that all inspections are conducted by qualified persons in accordance with state requirements.

Our engineering cost-estimating team has extensive experience with the development of airports. Phoenix also has a solid understanding of federal requirements applicable to multi-disciplinary projects involving airport planning, design and construction.
